Risks and Threats – Pandemic threats (MERS, SARS, COVID-19), natural disasters, fires, flood, terrorism, cyber-attacks, power outages, data centre/ power/ IT outages and process errors. These risks and threats, if not identified and mitigated, could bring about adverse impact on organisations.
Taking reference to ISO22301, the global benchmark for Business Continuity Management (BCM), this session will also cover the challenges faced when developing and sustaining an effective BCM System.
